Falconry experience, hunting trips etc. We are now able to offer a number of fantastic falconry experiences as agents for Falconry Fun and Leisure.
You can meet the birds, learn how to fly them and if you want, have the full on hunting experience in the Worcestershire and Gloucestershire countryside. See Inca (Simon’s Harris Hawk), Solomon (George’s Red Tailed Hawk – you may have seen him in the shop or on Facebook), Pandora (Solomons other half), Zeus (a Goshawk, Black Sparrowhawk cross) flying free and hunting for real. You get to learn how to handle the birds and fly them yourself!
Ever wondered what it is like to hold and fly a hawk? Want to spend some interesting and unique leisure time or give a fantastic experience to a loved one? Come and fly one of the hawks or buy a voucher for a loved one or friend.
You will learn the basics and then have the opportunity to fly the bird on your own! You can even have the option to hunt with the bird if you so desire.
The falconry experience lasts for around two hours. Make sure you bring your camera to record this fantastic experience.
Sessions are £60 for a one on one experience with the handler. Pay £15 per person for additional participants (group discounts are available). All ages and abilities welcome. The team of expert handlers are always available to answer questions and make your day as enjoyable and informative as possible.
Birthday parties are also available. For £160 for up to two hours with up to 20 people the handlers will bring the birds to your child’s party and at the end the party boy or girl and a friend can have the bird fly to their hand in front of friends and family.
Alternatively for £100 we can bring a selection of our animals to your child’s party, including snakes, lizards, spiders, insects, small mammals like rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, ferrets etc. The children get to hold the animals and we can structure the experience around your child’s needs or favourite animals and make them the centre of attention for their special day.
